iCRco donated a computed radiography system to a remote clinic in Honduras

iCRco donated a turnkey computed radiography system to be used in a remote clinic in rural Honduras. Thousands of Hondurans will now have access to proper medical diagnoses and treatments due to the joint efforts by iCRco, Shoulder to Shoulder organization, and many other vendors that made this project a reality. The CR system donated by iCRco was a critical part to the success of the clinic.

Inauguration of the clinic took place February 20th, 2010 with participation of community leaders, international volunteers, and guests in Concepcion, Intibuca, Honduras.

Private non-profits Shoulder to Shoulder and Hombro a Hombro work in tandem to achieve a single mission: to develop educational and health programs to help poor, rural communities in Honduras achieve sustainable development and improve the overall health and well being of its residents. Presently, they provide primary health care and community support to over 25,000 people with clinics at four sites and provide meals to more than 2,000 children each day.

“This project was important to iCRco to be a partner in considering we have been growing in Latin America rapidly, and it is imperative to give back to communities that are in need. We believe it is a strong principle in good American business to give back, and Shoulder to Shoulder is a respectable organization that matches well with iCRco values” stated Mark Valentine, President and COO of iCRco.

iCRco has recently been named the only CR manufacturer to be rated “A” by KLAS in sales, service and technology fields and scored 100% for customer satisfaction in software functionality.
